copy Manuel Ramirez
Year: 2022
Soundboard: Italian fir
Bottom and Sides: Indian Rosewood
Tuning fork:650mm
Paintwork: Shellac
The design of this guitar intends reproducing in a modern key the copy of an original made in Madrid in 1910 by "Manuel Ramirez", one of the reference authors of the great Spanish historical school.
The proportions, the internal construction and every aesthetic and construction detail are the exact reproduction of the original.
The aim of this project is to offer a guitar that expresses the best functional and acoustic qualities of the original without sharing the defects of the time.

Year 2023
Soundboard:Male Italian spruce(bearclaw)
Bottom and Sides:Brazilian Rosewood(Dalbergia Nigra)
Tuning fork length:650mm
Nut Width:51mm
Paintwork:Shellac
This guitar is the result of years of research both for the acoustic performance and for the exceptional aesthetic characteristics. The soundboard is prepared in the same process used for stringed instrument soundboards, to make the wood appear aged in appearance but simultaneously with a sparkling brilliance. This is a method I also use for my vintage instrument replicas.
At the end of this procedure, the wood surface is clean and free of chemical residues that could cause damage.

Bottom and Sides: Santos rosewood
Tuning fork: 650 mm

This guitar is the result of years of research in both the acoustic and aesthetic fields.
It was designed and developed in 1992 and still receives flattering praise from enthusiasts and professionals today.
The rose window is decorated with mosaic and mother-of-pearl inserts which we also find in the finishing details of the "head" and in the lower junction of the sides.
The rear fillet draws a line of continuity on the perimeter and represents an ogive at the top inspired by the symbolism of the "Vesica piscis".

Soundboard: Italian fir
Bottom and Sides: Balkan Maple
Tuning fork:650mm

The eight-string guitar allows for a wider tonal range or non-standard tunings (such as major thirds tuning), or both.
8-string guitars were used in the 19th century by Luigi Legnani and Giulio Regondi but this type of guitar is very popular in Latin America where many pieces of popular derivation are played with this type of guitar.
Famous guitarists and composers use 8-string guitars for greater octave range, open tunings, and a richer tonal range.

11-string guitar, in G tuning.
It allows you to play ancient music without having to make transcriptions by changing key and fingering. The first high string is in G (a third up) rather than in E.
From the sharpest:
G-D-A-F-C-G-F-Eb-D-C-B
While with the 10 strings the tuning would be:
MI-SI-SOL-RE-LA-MI-RE-DO-SI-LA
If desired, the 11-string could also be used as a 10-string...
